Join us as Anjanette Johnson helps us discover our genuine strengths and how some strengths can be a weakness if misused.
As human beings we all have areas of strength. Some of these strengths and abilities come naturally to us and others have been developed over time through training and/or years of experience. You will learn to define your strengths and to identify genuine strengths when a dominant trait is paired with a seemingly opposite, passive or gentle trait. The key takeaway is how one without another can turn any strength into a potential weakness. We will explore the relationship between the two and how to know when to use each strength to then walk through the positive and negative impacts for a leader or a team. Understanding a genuine strength is essential in the workplace and in life.
