This presentation highlights management strategies for today’s multigenerational workforce. Attendees will learn the unique characteristics and strengths of each generation and how to build stronger, more inclusive teams through effective collaboration, communication and leadership. We’ll also discuss strategies to enhance motivation and engagement, as well as how employees can contribute to a harmonious and productive environment that supports business success.
About the Speaker:
Amelia Wright is a seasoned financial leader with over two decades of experience across corporate finance, consulting, and small business leadership. As a Client Solutions Director at Robert Half, she partners with organizations to deliver tailored talent solutions that drive business success. Before joining Robert Half, Amelia held CFO and senior leadership roles, leading strategic financial planning and operational improvement. She is passionate about empowering diverse talent and building inclusive workplaces.
Amelia is an active member and local leader of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) and the CFO Leadership Council - Atlanta Chapter, contributing her insights to help shape the future of financial leadership. She is a trusted advisor and frequent speaker on financial leadership, talent strategy, and DEI.
